Information on data processing within the framework of participation in the Regionaly Digital Congress in MV "NØRD 2019".
Processing of subscriber data
The data of the participants will be processed for the purpose of event organisation by the responsible person as well as within the scope of order processing by H2F GmbH & Co. KG and the agency MANDARIN MEDIEN Gesellschaft für digitale Lösungen mbH. Participants will also be informed by e-mail about changes, innovations or additions to the Digital Congress in MV "NØRD 2019". Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. e in the public interest for the purpose of holding the Digital Congress in MV "NØRD". Data will be deleted at the latest after 3 months after the event.
Reporting during the event
During the event, photos and films will be taken, live streaming of the presentations will be published on YouTube or Vimeo and live photos will be published on social media networks such as Instagram and Facebook. Reporting on the Digital Congress in MV "NØRD 2019" takes place within the framework of Public Relations Work on the basis of public interest in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. e and Art. 6 Para. 2 DSGVO in conjunction with Art. 6 Para. 2 DSGVO. § 3 BDSG-new.
